- Personal Data Complaints (DPDP Act 2023)Complaints relating to collection, use, storage, or deletion of your personal data. Includes requests for access, correction, or erasure.
- Service Quality ComplaintsComplaints about the quality of software development, consulting, or other services delivered by CosmoOps.
- Billing and Refund DisputesDisputes relating to invoices, charges, or refund requests not resolved through normal channels.
- Website Content Complaints (IT Rules 2021)Complaints about unlawful, offensive, or harmful content published on our website or platforms.
- Privacy Policy ViolationsConcerns about how your personal information was handled contrary to our Privacy Policy.
Escalation Options
If your grievance is not resolved satisfactorily within the specified timeframe, you may escalate to:
- Data Protection Board of India — For personal data complaints under Section 20 of the DPDP Act, 2023 (when constituted by the Central Government)
- Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission — Under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 for service quality and billing disputes
- CERT-In (Computer Emergency Response Team) — For complaints relating to cybersecurity incidents
